Seafair Pirates
I am going to Portland to a family reunion and hope that it is sunny there as well. It is a pretty big shindig. Relatives flying in from all over the USA. It will be nice to see them.
Yesterday I went to see Capt. Bogg and Salty, a pirate band with the little ones. I love pirates and pirate bands. They were at the Seattle Central Library, which is the biggest library I have ever been in . However being with the little ones meant I couldn't explore the whole library and we pretty much stayed in the Children's section. I plan to go back to explore for myself one day. However I will take a bus! It cost eight bucks to park in the library's garage.
What really toasted my oats was that there were parking places that were labeled small, as in small car, what was parked there were SUVS! There was one parking spot left and the SUV was parked over the line, oh duh, SMALL CAR SPACE! I have a little Scion so I squeezed it into the spot and gingerly and literally squeezed the kids and I out of my car. None of my doors could open fully. I parked there as I didn't want to park on a downtown seattle street with two two year olds in tow. So I felt like I didn't have a big choice of not taking the space.
When we came out and I squeezed us all back in, the owner of the SUV came back too. For one thing it was ONE LADY, no kids no passengers. If I had been the fighting kind I would have said something about her parking her big ass car in a small car space. But instead I just gave her the evil eye and cussed her out in my mind.

Seattle Central Library.
Well I will post pics and more news about the reunion when I return. Have a great weekend all.

Hey, don't pass around I surprise you now and then, people may get the wrong idea and think I am nice. Mention the part where I made the mess in your kitchen and left too. K?
