Visit to the beach

I got to take a surprise visit to the beach yesterday. My friend and I were going shopping when she asked if I would like a surprise trip somewhere. I said sure. The day was beautiful and the sun was shinning. So she drove us to Seahurst Park near Seattle. It was a beautiful morning as we walked along the beach. My animal totem is an Otter which of course means I love the water! So it was quite nice to take in the beautiful Puget Sound and watch the gentle waves sweep on shore. There weren't alot of people there being that it was only about 9 a.m. Those that were there were engaged in various activities such as getting ready to Kayak, already diving the sound, and several people like us, walking along the beach with friends and loved ones. What a wonderful way to start a day.
