I survived!

This is the third week after my root canals and I am finally believeing that I have survived. Yah.

I spent this weekend doing mega gardening and mowing my lawn. Then as an award for getting it all done I rode my bike to the Gelato shop and had some yummy gelato.

This morning I rode my bike to work and back. I had to take the kids to my house as the electricians had to come back to my house to fix something they said they already fixed. So we walked back to my house and later walked back to their house. Then I rode my bike home.

Their mom said, " sure you don't need a ride home after all that walking?" me, donning my helmet feeling like some kind of bike super hero. "Oh no thanks, I want to ride my bike!" (hands on hips, cape flowing back in the wind). LOL, I am having fun riding it. However I am still getting off at crosswalks and walking it across. Not ready for that bonzai bike mentality of flying right on throuh. Cars look awful big to me....I am still keeping my distance!

But I do like riding my bike and plan to keep it up until Seattle rain becomes the monsoons.
